The WWE Women's United States Championship is a women's professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American promotion WWE, defended on the SmackDown brand division. It is one of two secondary women's championships on WWE's main roster, along with the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship on Raw. The title was unveiled during SmackDown on November 8, 2024. The current champion is Giulia, who is in her first reign. She won the title by defeating Zelina Vega on the June 27, 2025, episode of SmackDown.
