Tulip Rizwana Siddiq (born 16 September 1982) is a British-Bangladeshi politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Hampstead and Highgate, previously Hampstead and Kilburn, since 2015. She served as Economic Secretary to the Treasury and City Minister from 9 July 2024 until her resignation on 14 January 2025, following allegations of misconduct, including her connections to the ousted Bangladeshi regime. She is a niece of the ousted former Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina. On 13 April 2025, Bangladesh issued an arrest warrant for Siddiq as part of investigations into corruption during Sheikh Hasina's premiership, and on 1 December 2025 she was convicted in absentia and sentenced to two years' imprisonment and a fine.
