Timothy Robert Wilson (born 12 March 1980) is an Australian politician and a member of the Liberal Party of Australia who currently serves as the Federal Member for Goldstein. In the 2016 Australian federal election, Wilson was elected to the Australian House of Representatives for the seat of Goldstein. He lost his seat to independent candidate Zoe Daniel in the 2022 Australian federal election but regained it in 2025, defeating Daniel by 175 votes following a partial recount. Wilson currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Small Business, Industrial Relations and Employment. Before entering politics, Wilson was a policy director at the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) from 2007 to 2013 and Australia's Human Rights Commissioner from 2014 to 2016.
