Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 through the merger of the French PSA Group and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), which was itself created by the merger of Italy's Fiat and the US-based Chrysler, completed in stages between 2009 and 2014. Stellantis is headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, while the CEO now operates from Auburn Hills, Michigan. As of 2025, Stellantis ranked as the world's fifth-largest automaker by global sales volume, behind Toyota, Volkswagen Group, Hyundai Motor Group, and the Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance. That same year, it placed 61st on the Forbes Global 2000 list of the world’s largest public companies. Stellantis shares are listed on the Euronext Paris, Borsa Italiana, and New York Stock Exchange. The company designs, manufactures, and markets vehicles under 14 brands: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram Trucks, and Vauxhall. At the time of the merger, Stellantis employed approximately 300,000 people, with manufacturing operations in 30 countries and a commercial presence in over 130 markets worldwide.
