Shedeur Deion Sanders ( shəd-OOR; born February 7, 2002) is an American professional football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Jackson State Tigers and Colorado Buffaloes, winning the Jerry Rice Award, Deacon Jones Trophy, and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award before being selected by the Browns in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL draft. Sanders is the son of Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders and the younger brother of free agent safety Shilo Sanders.
