Nicholas John Sirianni ( SEE-ree-AH-nee; born June 15, 1981) is an American professional football coach who is the head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach with the Kansas City Chiefs from 2009 to 2012, as an assistant coach with the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers from 2013 to 2017, then as the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2020. Since his hiring as head coach for the Eagles, Sirianni has led the team to the playoffs in each of his first five seasons as head coach, including winning three division titles, two conference championships, and a victory in Super Bowl LIX in 2025.
