This is a comprehensive list of all Article III and Article IV United States federal judges appointed by President Joe Biden, as well as a partial list of Article I federal judicial appointments, excluding appointments to the District of Columbia judiciary. The total number of Article III judges nominated by Biden and confirmed by the United States Senate was 235, including one associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, 45 judges for the United States courts of appeals, 187 judges for the United States district courts and two judges for the United States Court of International Trade. In terms of Article I courts, Biden appointed 17 judges: five to the United States Court of Federal Claims, five to the United States Court of Military Commission Review, one to the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and six to the United States Tax Court. On March 2, 2021, Biden designated Elaine D. Kaplan as chief judge of the Court of Federal Claims. On the Article IV territorial courts, Biden made one appointment.
