Brian Fitzpatrick (American politician)

Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick (born December 17, 1973) is an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent serving in the U . House of Representatives since 2017. His district in Pennsylvania, which was numbered the 8th district during his first term and the 1st district since 2019, includes all of Bucks County, a mostly suburban county north of Philadelphia, as well as a sliver of Montgomery County. A moderate Republican similar to his brother Mike, Fitzpatrick was first elected to Congress in 2016. He won re-election to a fifth term in 2024. Fitzpatrick represents the wealthiest congressional district in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
