Bobby Ray Barbosa Parks Jr. (born February 19, 1993) is a Filipino-American professional basketball player for the Osaka Evessa of the B.League. A 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 meters) tall guard, he played college basketball for the NU Bulldogs for three years before declaring for the 2015 NBA draft, where he went undrafted.
