2025 Mobile mayoral election

The 2025 Mobile mayoral election was held on August 26, 2025. The runoff election occurred on September 23 which determined which of the candidates Barbara Drummond or Spiro Cheriogotis will become the next mayor of Mobile, Alabama. Municipal elections in Mobile are officially nonpartisan. Incumbent mayor Sandy Stimpson declined to run for re-election to a fourth term in office. Republican Spiro Cheriogotis won the runoff election, defeating Democratic state representative Barbara Drummond.
