Amanda Anisimova defeated Linda Nosková in the final, 6–0, 2–6, 6–2 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2025 China Open. It was her second WTA 1000 title and fourth career WTA Tour title. Coco Gauff was the defending champion, but lost in the semifinals to Anisimova.
